Dimitris Chatziisaias was born on the 21st of September 1992 in Thessaloniki and he is a Greek professional footballer who plays as a centre back for PAOK FC in Superleague Greece. Dimitris is 1.93 m (6 ft 4 in) tall and made his first football steps in Omonoia Stavroupolis. He made his first professional contract with Vataniakos in the 2011-2012 season, where he made 19 appearances. In the 2012-2013 season he moved to Glyfada, where he also played 19 games, and the following year he got transfered to AO Chania, in football league, where he played 36 games in 2013-2014 season. On June 2014 Panionios and AO Chania came to an agreement for the movement of Chatziisaias to the club based in Athens. On 29 January 2016, PAOK confirmed that Chatsiisaias would join the club on 1 February 2016 from Panionios for a club record transfer fee of \u20ac1 million, after agreeing terms and signing a three and a half years’ contract. He was presented to the media on the 1st of February when he was handed the number 5 shirt. Chatziisaias made his PAOK debut on 7 February in a 1\u20130 away loss against champions Olympiakos.
