Sokratis Dioudis was born on February the 3rd 1993 in Trikala Imathia and plays as a goalkeeper. He currently plays for Panionios, on loan from Club Brugge. Dioudis began his career at ARIS FC youth team and made his debut with the first team in May 2011 with coach Sakis Tsiolis. In his first season as a professional he was third behind goalkeeper Michalis Sifakis and Markos Vellidis. In 2012-13 he was established as standard and made very good performances, which attracted the interest of many European clubs. In July 2014 he agreed to continue his career at the Belgian Club Brugge, signing a contract of 2 + 1 years, but failed to get playing time in the first year. This year (2015) he plays on loan for Panionios. Dioudis was a member of the National Youth team having a total of 8 entries, the most important of which was the semifinal and the final of the European Championship against England and Spain, where he made very good performances. In October 2012 he was called at the National U21, where he played in8 games.
