Kostas Giannoulis was born in Katerini, at December 9, 1987 and he is a Greek international footballer, who plays in the position of the left-wing defender. His first football steps he made it to the Vataniakos team. His first professional career began with Panionios, but he never actually played there, but had two years of loan to Fostiras and Pierikos. In the period from 2007 to 2010 he had a contract with Heracles of Thessaloniki, with a total of 55 championship games. In May 2010 he signed with Cologne (FC K\u00f6ln) to moved in the Bundesliga. In the middle of the season, the German team informed Giannoulis that they intended to let him go, but in June 2011 they loaned him to Atromitos for a year. In the summer of the following year, he remained free from Cologne and signed with a regular transcript to Atromitos. On 1 September 2014, he was transferred to Olympiacos, replacing Jos\u00e9 Holebas, who had left a few days earlier, but the following summer, having remained free, he decided to continue his career in Asteras Tripolis, where he is still playing until now.
