Vaggelis Moras was born on the 26th of August 1981 in Larisa. He began his career in the club Ampelikipoi Larisas and then he was transferred to Larisa FC where he played from 1999 until 2001. After that he played for Proodeftiki where he achieved, along with his colleagues, the rise to the first division. In 2003 he became a member of AEK’s roster and stayed there untill 2007. The same year found him in the Italian championship and the club of Bologna in particular, where he played for four years. The next stops of his career were the following: Whales in the club Swansea City followed by Italy again, first in the club of Cezena AC and then Hellas Verona FC, where he is playing up to now. As a member of the National team he participated in the match against Argentina during the Mundial of 2010 held in South Africa, and was a member of the team representing Greece in 2014 Mundial in Brazil. Vaggelis is not only a talented player but a brilliant character as well, that never fails to ease the pain of his fellow man, whenever he is asked to.
